Enrolment

Marnebek School Cranbourne provides educational programs for students with mild, moderate and profound intellectual disabilities.

Enrolment criteria is based on the student IQ level.

Parent/s consult with appointed staff to complete relevant Departmental forms for enrolment eligibility.

Being a dual mode school there are 2 different enrolment zones. Please consult the office staff regarding zones at time of enrolment enquiry.

Children who reach the age of five years on or before April 30th may commence school in the January/February of that year. When enrolling your child you must produce evidence of date of birth and an immunisation Certificate available through MyGov.

Children who are not immunised will be excluded from school if there is an outbreak of Measles, Diphtheria or Polio. This will reduce the risk of these diseases spreading throughout the community.

Parents or carers must also complete a “Confidential Student Enrolment Form”. These details are important to the school and we should be notified if there are any changes to phone numbers, addresses, emergency contact details etc.
